We are excited to announce that Adam Grafton has joined The Arbor Company as the senior vice president of dining services. In his new role, he will provide leadership, vision, and innovation to support the dining leaders with a focus on quality assurance and delivering an exceptional dining experience.
Adam has more than 25 years of experience working in senior living communities, and comes to The Arbor Company from Compass Group, where he served as vice president of culinary. In his previous role, he oversaw leadership training and development for more than 150 executive chefs while leading a team of culinary professionals.
Adam is the proud father of two daughters, Emily and Brooke, and is married to his loving wife, Tracey. In his free time, he enjoys exploring outdoors, fishing, archery, and working around the house.
